We can cater to intermediate, advanced and expert skiers and boarders. No matter what your ability, we can cater to your needs.
INTERMEDIATE
If you are comfortable skiing or riding blue terrain then there are many runs that you can enjoy. The runs are groomed and normally quiet, great for cruising or improving technique on. The new run down to Kobi (north-facing, so the snow stays cold all day long) is not to be missed. When you are ready, there are groomed red runs that you can build confidence and even some black runs, so you can push it as far as you like. If you want to try off-piste, then there's plenty of ungroomed snow in-between the groomed runs.
ADVANCED
If you are comfortable skiing or riding on groomed black runs and have some experience in shallow powder and trees, we can help you take your skills to the next level in this program. There's plenty of powder in-bounds between the runs that we can take you to or if you are ready to do some touring with the right equipment and training we can take you into the side country or backcountry. We can introduce you to touring and train you in avalanche safety skills. We can also help fine tune your technique to make you an efficient skier or boarder in powder.
EXPERT
If you can ski or ride the whole mountain including double diamond terrain, tight trees, and deep powder, Gudauri will be a powder paradise for you. We will guide you to as much deep or untouched snow that you can handle and that could be inbounds or in the back country. If you are ready to do some skinning for your turns, then there are a lot of options in Gudauri or outside the resort. Full avalanche safety training will also be provided.
