2023 Session 1 or 2 prices:

Twin-share: $3,855 USD

Single: $4,445 USD

(Cost is in $USD per person, twin-share and is based on a minimum of 4 people in the group. If there are less than 4 people, then if we can run the session, then the price will be higher).

Deposit

$1,000 USD per person, per trip and is NON-REFUNDABLE, unless The Adventure Project cancels or postpones your trip. If that happens, we will hold your deposit for a later trip (max 1 year later).

 

Payment can be made by check, bank transfer or Venmo. Please see additional sheet for details. As soon as you have sent in the deposit, you must purchase your travel insurance.

By submitting your deposit, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions. Please make sure you have read and understood the terms and conditions therefore. 

Availability

Availability will be on a first come first served basis. We have the capacity to run 3 groups per session, with a maximum of 4 guests per group with 1 guide, so 12 guests in total with 3 guides. Normally the minimum we need is 4 guests for a group to run, but sometimes we can run a smaller group at the discretion of the guides. If there are less than 4 people in this group, expect that the price will be higher.

 

Final Balance

 Final balance must be paid into our account before December 15th, 2023.

Inclusions

  • 11 days of hosting and guiding by The Adventure Project (TAP).  There is a maximum of 4 guests per group. 

  • 8 guided ski days.

  • Each group will have 2 guides per group (1 Western guide and 1 local Kashmiri guide).

  • 8 night's accommodation in Gulmarg at The Rosewood Hotel in Deluxe category rooms. Includes all breakfasts and 4 nights of dinners.

  • 2 night's accommodation on the houseboats on Dal Lake, including breakfast.

  • Full day of touring around Srinagar with an English-speaking local tour guide. Transport included.

  • Transfers to and from Srinagar International Airport, to Gulmarg. Greeting on arrival by TAP representative.

  • Comprehensive avalanche safety training. Closed-group Facebook group membership to discuss snowpack conditions, prior to departure. 

Exclusions

  • Airfares (you need to fly to Delhi and then Srinagar International Airport.

  • Indian Tourist Visa or E-TV (Electronic Tourist Visa).

  • Comprehensive Travel Insurance; you must be covered for off-piste skiing, visiting Kashmir, major medical and trip cancellation.

  • Lift tickets (weekly pass approx $140 USD per week).

  • Taxi rides back to Gulmarg when skiing outside of the resort.

  • 4 nights of dinners in Gulmarg (approx $15/day).

  • Lunches, snacks or beverages (approx $5/day).

  • Rental equipment.

  • Additional tours or accommodations.

  • Gratuities.
