Karl Welter is a professional ski patroller from Telluride, CO. Karl is the Snow Safety Officer for The Adventure Project and is responsible for overseeing our inhouse avalanche safety training program and technical advisor to our guides. He has been a patroller since 2008 (11 years) and works as a guide for several guiding outfits, including Denali in AK.
